| Features | Abey's Piazza Finished sinks are achieved through a process called 'Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)'. The process ensures a coating that is both scratch resistant and impact-resistant. Using the Pearl Arc 3-step process they combine the best of both durability and aesthetics, making Abey Australia’s sinks stand out in terms of both performance and design. By adding the shot-peen & nano-resin layer, Abey sinks are much more scratch resistant and hard wearing. The shot-peen surface hardening of the stainless steel creates a more durable surface that is both scratch-resistant and impact-resistant. Commonly referred to as PVD, Titanium Oxide Coating is a vapour deposition technique where solid titanium metal is vaporised in a high vacuum environment and deposited onto the sink surface as pure metal coating. The result is an extremely hard wearing coloured layer. A nano-resin layer of hydrophobic active substance provides a long lasting ultra-thick and durable easy to clean surface. Each sink comes with a matching drain tray and protective grid in your chosen finish. |
