Features	Combi Steam - With a combi steam oven, you benefit from the addition of steam to your cooking either by selecting one of the specially designed steam programs or by injecting steam when you want. Combi Microwave - With a combined microwave oven, you have the convenience of a microwave plus all the flexibility of combination cooking. The combined approach of, for example: fan-forced cooking with microwaves, will speed up the whole cooking process while delivering perfectly baked meals. Stage Cooking - Many different recipes require you to change programs midstream. Stage cooking allows you to combine up to three functions in one cooking process. Select different functions and settings to compose the cooking process of your preference. For perfectly cooked, set and forget, Butterflied Roast Chicken simply microwave for 5 minutes, Combi Steam for 15 minutes then finish with a short fan grill for a succulent roast meal in only 20 minutes. Healthy Steam - Cook like a pro and keep all the good stuff in the food. ASKO’s combination steam ovens offer a healthy way of cooking with steam and/or hot air. Dual Soft Close - The safe and ergonomic Dual Soft Close function is extremely helpful when handling hot plates and dishes. The long-lasting door dampers are integrated in the chassis for easy cleaning. Microwave Stirrer Fan - The Microwave Stirrer fan distributes the waves evenly within the oven, reducing the need for a turntable. The extra space gained can instead be used for heating larger volumes of food. Pure Steam System - ASKO combi steam ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensed water from steam. The water is then re-circulated into the steaming process ensuring proper steaming of the food. Sous Vide Program - ASKO’s Sous Vide cooking program ensures an even steam flow at an exact temperature over a long period of time. The robustness ensures perfect result every time. Steam Clean - The Steam clean function makes oven cleaning easy. By regularly spraying the oven with water, creating steam, the residues becomes easy to clean out.
