When you purchase an appliance supplied directly by Miele through e&s, you are buying directly from Miele with e&s being the authorised agent facilitating the sale. By choosing to buy through e&s, you'll have the peace of mind that our dedicated support team are on hand to offer expert advice and assistance for the life of your product.
You will receive order confirmation emails from both e&s and Miele. The email from Miele will include an attachment of the order confirmation as a PDF for your records. If any order details are incorrect or you have any queries about your order, please contact us.
When you purchase an appliance supplied directly from Miele through our website, your payment for these products will be made directly to Miele. Charges for these Miele products will appear separately to other items purchased from e&s on your bank or credit card statements.
Removal and recycling of your old appliance by Miele can be purchased as an add-on through our website in conjunction with qualifying washers, washer/dryer combos, dryers, freestanding dishwashers, or built under and integrated dishwashers.

Extend the Miele quality beyond your appliance and into your home by having them installed by Miele. All Miele domestic appliances come with a free 2-year parts and labour warranty. Miele will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 years, subject to the terms of their Guarantee. Details on Miele warranty can be found in a separate "Guarantee document", which is supplied with every appliance.
By choosing to purchase through e&s you have access to our dedicated support team to assist with any warranty claims.
While not required to make a warranty claim, registering your product will enable Miele to contact you in the unlikely event that a safety modification is issued.
Miele appliances are designed and built to the highest quality, durability, innovation and tradition but it is reassuring to know that if your appliance does ever require service or maintenance, Miele is here to assist you.
For complete peace of mind, the Miele Service Certificate extends your manufacturer’s warranty period to 5 years from the date of appliance delivery, for a single charge of $269 (inc.GST) per appliance.
The Miele Service Certificate can be purchased from Miele strictly for a period of 60 days from the date of appliance delivery. Following expiry of this 60-day period you will not be eligible for the Miele Service Certificate.
The Miele Service Certificate offers added benefits over and above certain statutory guarantees and rights that you already have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
