Setup, Cleaned up, Sorted
With Delivery+ eligible washing machines, dryers & freestanding fridges will be unpacked, setup and checked as part of your delivery - ready to use right away. We'll then take away your old appliance and any of your new item’s packaging to be responsibly disposed of. It couldn't be easier!
A 2-Hour, Live-Tracked Window
We know your time is valuable. With live truck tracking and a two-hour delivery window on most orders, you have the freedom to plan your day without the guesswork. No waiting around, just clear communication and reliability.
How It Works
Schedule with Ease
When you order with one of our team:
Your sales consultant will usually be able to offer you a choice of preferred delivery dates.
When you order online:
We prioritise getting your order to you as quickly as possible. After your order is placed:
If your order is eligible for next-day delivery: Our team will call you to confirm your delivery details
Otherwise: If your items are in stock at your local warehouse, we will automatically book your delivery for the next available date. If not, we'll contact you when your stock arrives with details on how to book your delivery.
If you have a specific day in mind, please add it to the "delivery notes" during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Track Our Arrival
On the day, watch your delivery team's progress with a live tracking link so you're not left waiting around.
Enjoy Expert Setup
If you're buying an eligible appliance or one of our installation services, then as part of your delivery we'll unbox, connect, and check your appliance is working perfectly so it's ready to use right away.
Let us handle the rubbish
If we're setting up or installing your products, then we'll disconnect plus remove and responsibly disposed of your old appliances along with any of your new item’s packaging. Even if we're not, with Delivery+ we can take like-for-like eligible appliances away to be responsibly disposed of as long as you've had them safely disconnected and they've been unstacked and/or removed from any cabinetry before we arrive.
