With our Delivery+ service our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our Delivery+ and installation services we can’t vent or plumb dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.
Easy removal + recycling of your old appliance included with Delivery+*
Our team can remove and recycle your old appliance as part of our Delivery+ service. Removal and recycle your old appliance is not included with our drop off service.
If we are setting up or installing your new appliance: Our team will handle everything. We will disconnect and remove your old appliance from the cabinetry as part of our service. Along with your old appliance, we will also take the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging away for recycling.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance: For us to take your old appliance for recycling it needs to have been safely disconnected from all electrical, water & gas supplies and removed from cabinetry before we arrive. We'll leave your new product packaged to keep it safe until you're ready to install.

Heat pump technology - Heat Pump technology combines advanced temperature control and moisture sensing for gentle, energy-efficient drying. Now with a temperature range four times greater than our previous technology, cycles are finely tuned to the natural moisture of each fibre. Cotton cycles retain softness and structure, while Polyester cycles avoid over-drying, so every load is dried perfectly.
Steam refresh - Clothes emerge dry, smooth, and ready to wear with Steam Refresh. Gently relaxing fibres, it reduces wrinkles and odours in garments like Cotton shirts. Steam applies just enough heat and moisture to loosen the bonds that cause creases, without fully saturating the fabric, preserving its natural breathability and durability.
Anti-tangle technology - TangleProtect keeps garments moving freely throughout the cycle, ideal for maintaining the shape and smoothness of Cotton fabrics. Alternating drum motion reduces twisting and clumping, minimising the opportunity for wrinkles to form. It also prevents unnecessary heat exposure and ensures every item is evenly dried, helping to extend the life of your garments.
Gentle drying for wool - Machine-washable Wool garments can be safely dried without shrinking or stretching with Woolmark Black certified cycles. Wool’s protein fibres are delicate when wet, and heat can easily alter their natural structure. Finely controlled temperature and airflow preserve softness, shape, and fit, so sweaters emerge perfectly cared for and ready to wear.

Where possible, you’ll get a live map of your drivers’ location when they’re on the way so you can be back in time to receive your order.
