If your delivery needs more than two of our team members to be carried out safely (like when there's difficult access or we're handling large/heavy items on stairs) or specialist equipment we may not be able to book your delivery for the next day and additional fees may apply.

With our Delivery+ service our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our Delivery+ and installation services we can’t vent or plumb dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.

Our team can remove and recycle your old appliance as part of our Delivery+ service. Removal and recycle your old appliance is not included with our drop off service.
If we are setting up or installing your new appliance: Our team will handle everything. We will disconnect and remove your old appliance from the cabinetry as part of our service. Along with your old appliance, we will also take the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging away for recycling.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance: For us to take your old appliance for recycling it needs to have been safely disconnected from all electrical, water & gas supplies and removed from cabinetry before we arrive. We'll leave your new product packaged to keep it safe until you're ready to install.

Heat pump technology - Heat Pump technology combines advanced temperature control and moisture sensing for gentle, energy-efficient drying. Now with a temperature range four times greater than our previous technology, cycles are finely tuned to the natural moisture of different fibres, drying them to their ideal state while balancing care and efficiency. By calibrating temperature and duration to each fibre, it prevents over-drying of synthetics like Elastane, preserving stretch and shape, while maintaining the softness and structure of natural fibres.
Steam refresh - Gently refresh Elastane garments, like fitted T-shirts or activewear, with Steam Refresh. Steam encourages the fibres’ internal structure to relax, helping the garment regain its shape after wear or stretching. Out of the dryer, your garment is dry, refreshed and ready to wear.
Anti-tangle technology - TangleProtect keeps garments moving freely throughout the cycle, with alternating drum motion that prevents twisting and clumping for even drying. For delicate Down fibres, the full-reversing drum gently fluffs and separates the filling for even drying, preventing damage and helping jackets and duvets retain their loft and shape.
Gentle drying for wool - Machine-washable Wool garments can be safely dried without shrinking or stretching with Woolmark Black certified cycles. Wool’s protein fibres are delicate when wet, and heat can easily alter their natural structure. Finely controlled temperature and airflow preserve softness, shape, and fit, so sweaters emerge perfectly cared for and ready to wear.
