Soft Close and Opening: For gentle opening and closing - Dough-kneading, batter-beating, egg-white folding, spice-pounding, nutmeg-grating – all make for a culinary symphony. Less so with door banging. Soft Close together with Soft Opening works rather quietly to prevent unwanted cacophony.
