Surface share - Smeg’s Surface Share technology allows zones to be combined and operated with a single control. They are the largest available and square in shape, ensuring that every part of the zone to the edge is usable, without any cold spots.
Ultra rapid burner - Powerful ultra rapid burner offers up to 5kw of power. The heavy duty cast iron pan stand provides maximum stability and strength.
Power booster - Allows the selected zone to work at full power when very intense cooking is necessary.
Multizone - allows several pans to be used at once, large or small, offering freedom of placement and greater flexibility
Quick selection - One touch cooking begins at the highest level, then automatically reduces after time. Ideal for dishes that require quick boiling and then continued cooking without constant control (eg beef broth).
Quick Start function - The chosen temperature is reached faster. The heating element works at maximum power until the right temperature is reached.
Keep warm function - Keeps the cooked food heated. In this mode the heating zone operates at a minimum capacity for 120 minutes and then turns off automatically.
Child lock - Lock the program/cycle so it cannot be accidentally changed.
Overheat and overfill protection - The safety system that automatically turns off the hob in case of overheating of the control unit. The special overfill protection shuts down the stove in the presence of overflow of liquids.
Residual heat indicator - After the glass ceramic hob is switched off the residual heat indicator shows which of the heating zones still remains hot. When the temperature drops below 60 ° C, the indicator goes out.
Slider control panel - Allows you to adjust the power by simply passing your finger across the touchdevice.
Reinforced base - A reinforced base, developed exclusively by Smeg, consists of a steel layer fixed to the underside of the glass surface of all gas on glass hobs.
Ultra-low profile - Installation of cooktop with flat edge - height of 1 mm. Small cut-out for easy installation.
