Integrated water loading system - Quick and intuitive, the water loading system is designed to enhance the aesthetics of the oven, thanks to an integrated 800 ml tank that does not alter the external design of the oven. The use of innovative technologies guarantees up to six hours of steam cooking with a single water fill at the start of cooking preparation.
Simplified controls - Intuitive, easy to read and simple to use, the EvoScreen boasts a full colour LCD display. The large 4.3" screen interface illustrates the cooking function, temperature and timer functions which can be easily adjusted with the corresponding touchpads on the control panel.
Effortless clean up - Vapour Clean is a special steam assisted cleaning program that helps to remove any build up of cooking debris inside the oven. Grease or cooking residue is softened by the combination of gentle heat and water vapour for easier removal. This program only needs to run for approximately 13 minutes to be effective, making this a very economical and eco-friendly way to clean the oven.
Next generation door - The newly engineered door has been designed with smooth soft hinges for elegant opening and closing. To open, simply open the door and release.
