Price Match Promise
"We won't be beaten on price", including "e&s price match", applies to identical products on an original quote within 30 days from an Australian competitor. Price matches must be visible online without the need to log into a website, and/or must be presented on an official competitor quote form with clear competitor identification including letterhead, contact details, ABN and date of quote.
Identical products are defined as the same brand, supplier model number, colour and dimensions and don’t include superseded models or accessories. Products not in stock and available from the competitor at the time of a price match request, will not be price matched.
Price match does not apply to extended warranty products, after pay services, delivery, set up and removal of products, sales for commercial purposes, ex display items or clearance items. Price matches are for single item purchases, or exact matches of a bundle or package of items as per these terms.
Price match does not apply to exclusive, agency and/or proforma products including ASKO, AEG, BORA, Capital, Falcon, Falmec, D.C.S, Ilve Majestic, Gaggenau, La Cornue, Miele, Neff, Sirius Valentina, Smeg Fab, Smeg Linea, Smeg Portofino, Smeg Dolce Stil Novo, Speed Queen, Steel, Sub Zero and Wolf.
Price matches are not available for products listed on grey import, deal, marketplace or auction websites.
You can request a price match online, or at any e&s showroom in Victoria by consultation with an e&s sales team member. Price matches are subject store manager approval during normal business trading hours as displayed on our stores page.
We sell some brands under agency agreements. As the customer, this means You are purchasing directly from the suppier with e&s acting to facilitate the sale. By choosing to buy through us, you'll have the peace of mind that you are supported by a family business who’ve been appliance experts since 1962. Our dedicated customer care team will always be here should you need any advice and to assist if something goes wrong.
When you buy products from these suppliers, you will be subject to their terms of sale. Prices for these products are set by the suppliers so we are unable to make adjustments.
Products will usually be delivered directly from the supplier, although we can organise a simpler combined delivery if your order contains multiple brands. Please get in touch with our friendly team to find out more.

Custom Finish Product Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are in addition to the E&S Standard Terms and Conditions.
Your Quotation or Order with E&S contains items that have Custom Finishes or are considered as Special-Order Items with our suppliers. As such, these items will be ordered specifically for your project. Many of these items have long lead times and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please ensure that you fully understand the time it will take for these products to be manufactured and shipped to Australia. Your Sales Consultant will be able to assist you with this information to ensure your project will not be delayed.
Custom Finish and Special-Order Items
Please choose these products carefully and check colours, finishes, specifications and measurements.
All Custom Finish and Special-Order Items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items will have been manufactured or configured specifically for your project.

Unlike mass produced product, Custom Finished product may have some slight variations as a result of the manufacturing process. This is common to all Custom Finished product and is not considered a fault.
“Organic Finish”, is a term given to a metallic product that is left unsealed (ie: Weathered Brass) that is, without a clear top coat to prevent corrosion and tarnishing. Without that clear topcoat, the product will continue to age, and their colours will continue to evolve as the base metal reacts with the environment.
Variation of colour will also be noticed between parts, this is considered normal due to the different parent metals and finishing process.
Displays and sample boards can only be an indication of the colour as the aging process may have altered the finishes from their original colour.
It is unlikely that the Organic Finish products will age at the same rate or go through the same colour phases.
Organic products are susceptible to marking & even mild corrosion by water, detergent, oils and even body oils left on products after being touched or handled.
Organic Finishes are susceptible to cleaning products and cleaning methods, cleaning with harsh solvents and chemicals will alter the appearance, please follow the cleaning guidelines to prevent any undesired changes to the appearance.
