Asko enables you to harness these benefits with their “Elements” Series – appliances which represent the highest standards of materials and craftsmanship. With an Elements “combi” steam oven, you are able to combine steam and traditional convection cooking in the one program, or use these technologies independently as you choose. Asko also provide the “sous vide” program – enabling you to slow cook vacuum-sealed food, for perfectly cooked veggies, fruit, poultry and fish. Meanwhile, the TFT touchscreen display lets you to tap into the oven’s multi-faceted capabilities. This includes 160 automatic programs: simply select a dish from the list of pre-programmed dishes (adjusting for weight and density where required) for exceptional results. The display will update you as to the progress of your cooking, as well as providing useful information encouraging you to explore the full capabilities of the oven. A built-in appliance, this oven is designed to be integrated into a renovation or existing kitchen cabinetry. |
