- e&s will price match "Identical Goods” as follows:
- “Identical Goods” means the same brand, supplier model number, colour and dimensions. Identical Goods must be in stock and available from the competitor at the time of the price match request and does not include superseded models or accessories;
- the competitor price must be current or within the previous 30 days and must be verified by e&s. For example, you provide e&s with a copy of a quote which is less than 30 days old showing the relevant competitor price or the relevant competitor price is visible online; and
- the competitor price must include any delivery costs. Goods will not be priced matched if e&s cannot deliver the Goods to your location, notwithstanding that the same Goods can be delivered to your location by the competitor.
- e&s’s price match policy does not apply to:
- extended warranties, Goods purchased with Afterpay, delivery, set up and removal charges, sales for commercial purposes, ex-display Goods or clearance Goods, cashback offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions, grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, competitor advertising errors, members only or subscription prices, marketplace or auction websites, competitor clearance products, or Goods with limited or restricted quantities;
- exclusive Goods, or Agency Goods as set out in Section 18.3 of the Terms of Sale.
