Delivery

e&s deliveries and installations will be made by our expert team of contracted drivers, couriers or directly by our suppliers depending on your nominated delivery address, delivery ETA and the products you purchase. Our online support team will determine this once your order has been placed and contact you to confirm a suitable date for delivery.

Deliveries will be made to Australia only.

We are currently unable to deliver items to Western Australia and Northern Territory.

Delivery Time

  • Same day delivery is only available on washing machines, washer/dryer combos and freestanding refrigerators to the Metropolitan Melbourne area on products are in stock at our warehouse

  • Next day delivery is only available to the Metropolitan Melbourne area on products are in stock at our warehouse

  • Once your order is placed a member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date

Delivery Cost

Standard Cost

The cost of your delivery can be determined by the delivery calculator on the cart or checkout page. If your post code shows "available by quote" then it is likely you live in an area our transport company doesn't visit regularly. This doesn't mean we cannot make your delivery, it just means we need to quote on a job-by-job basis in these areas. Delivery Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs)

  1. Delivery ETA's can be determined by using the delivery calculator on the cart or checkout page and are subject to stock availability.
  2. There are factors out of our control which may vary the delivery ETA of your products however we will do everything possible to eliminate or reduce these factors.
  3. Melbourne deliveries are made between 7:30am and 6:30pm, and are also available on Saturday's subject to availability.
  4. Deliveries outside Melbourne will be made on Monday to Fridays between 8:30am and 5:30pm.
  5. Unfortunately with the volume of deliveries we conduct every day and our agents set runs we are unable to allow customers to request time frames. You can request a phone call 30-60 mins prior to delivery to assist you in being available at the chosen delivery address.

Melbourne Metro & Geelong Areas

We take great pride in our delivery service. Being on time, every time, depends on us completing every delivery without difficulties or delay. For this reason we ask that you advise us of any potential difficulties associated with your delivery.

Before your delivery

Our warehouse will contact you the afternoon before delivery to advise of a two/three hour window that is expected for your delivery. If we are unable to contact you on the numbers provided we will attempt to leave a message.

The day of your delivery

If there are any causes of delay on the day our driver will attempt to contact you to make you aware of the delay and reschedule if required. When you receive your delivery please check all items are correct, complete and undamaged. If there are any problems with your delivery please contact our Noble Park Warehouse on (03) 8791 6000 for Melbourne deliveries or for Geelong deliveries (03) 5228 6000 as soon as possible.

What to expect

Our delivery staff will make themselves known to you on arrival and survey the location in which you would like your product/s placed.

Your product/s will be placed where you have requested. Some products include limited installation; please see 'Delivery & Installation of Your Purchase' for specific information.

If your product requires installation it will be unboxed and the packaging removed. If your product does not include installation it will be left in the box for you to inspect.

Preparing for your delivery
  • Check that there is clear access for us to trolley your new product/s onto your property.
  • Cover floors that may get wet or dirty from the trolley wheels.
  • Check the width of your doorways and walkways to be sure we can get your products through the opening.
  • Advise us if there are any unusual details relating to your home, e.g. how many steps.
  • Make sure that cars and other obstacles are not blocking our delivery vehicle or trolley.
  • Ensure that your pets are placed in an enclosed area out of harms way for the duration of the delivery.
  • Check the size of any items that are to be removed. We will remove one old item for every new item being delivered; however, we are not able to re-deliver them to another address.
  • Empty your refrigerator or freezer ready for removal.
What our delivery staff cannot do

The health and safety of our employees is important to us. For this reason our delivery staff are not permitted to do the following;

  • remove their safety boots,
  • perform any carpentry, electrical or plumbing work,
  • lift any heavy items over banisters, obstructions or through windows to deliver merchandise,
  • remove doors or other fixtures,
  • enter a residence unaccompanied,
  • re-deliver your old products to another address,
  • connect audio visual systems,
  • leave un-paid items in your home,
  • adjust or connect any existing products,
  • return to collect unwanted packaging or old products.
Payment

Our delivery staff will be advised to pick up payment for any outstanding amounts unless an approved credit facility has been previously set up for you.

Cash, cheque, and selected credit cards can be accepted on delivery. It is always preferred that you pay for your goods in full prior to delivery to assist us with the security issues associated with holding money in our delivery vehicles.

In the event that you are not able to pay on delivery our staff will be unable to leave the goods with you. Another delivery time will need to be made and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Unattended premises

Our staff can only enter your home if there is a responsible person over the age of 18 to escort them and sign for the goods. A responsible neighbour can be nominated by you to escort our delivery staff and sign for the goods. Clear contact details including a name and phone numbers are required in these instances.

Free rubbish removal

Our delivery staff will remove unwanted packaging from your new product at the time of delivery. We are not able to return to collect unwanted packaging at a later time.

Changing your delivery

If you would like to change your scheduled delivery please contact our Warehouse on (03) 8791 6000 for Melbourne deliveries or (03) 5228 2600 for Geelong deliveries.

Limited Liability

Whilst our delivery staff take extreme care, we accept no responsibility for minor accidental damage to your property. Major damage due to negligence on the part of our delivery staff will be assessed by our Warehouse Manager and liability will be determined.

All Other Areas (excluding Melbourne Metro and Geelong )

Free product unpacking, installation and rubbish removal service (conditions apply)

Depending on the products you order and the delivery area you have nominated what you can expect from our delivery service will vary. In Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane metro areas some brands of refrigeration and laundry appliances have the free unpacking, installation and rubbish removal available. For clarification on what areas services are available in your area please contact customer service on (03) 9034 9503.

Delivery notification

Our delivery agents will contact you on the morning of your scheduled delivery date to advise of the time window they will be in your area. Due to the quantity of deliveries and the set runs our agents use you will not be able to specify a delivery time. If they are unable to contact you and attempt delivery during that day and the nominated address in unattended you may be charged re-delivery fees, so please ensure all the contact information on your order is correct.

Signing for your order

You will need to have someone over the age of 18 available to sign for the item/s on your order and they must be able to provide proof of ID i.e. license, credit card used to pay for invoice. If there is no one on-site during the allocated delivery window re-delivery charges will apply.

Preparing for your delivery

Please take note of the following steps for you to prepare for our delivery:

  1. Check that there is clear access for us to trolley your new item/s into your home.
  2. Cover floors that may get wet/dirty from trolley wheels.
  3. Check the width of your doorways/walkways to be sure we can get your new products into your home.
  4. Advise if there is any unusual details regarding your property i.e. stairs, poor access.
  5. Make sure cars or other obstacles are not blocking access for our delivery vehicles.
  6. If purchasing a fridge/freezer and it has been determined we are removing the old unit, make sure the old appliance has been emptied prior to our arrival.
Change of details

If you need to change your delivery details for any reason or wish to advise of us of any special needs for delivery please contact our customer service team on (03) 9034 9503.

Installation

Washing Machines and Washer/Dryer Combos

  • Installation must be made at time of delivery
  • Standard delivery fee includes installation fee
  • Machines will be unboxed, set in place, levelled and plugged in.
  • Any standing water in your old machine should be emptied by you prior to delivery
  • The hoses supplied with your new machine will be connected to the water taps and the machine will be tested by the delivery staff

Standard Conditions

  • Hot and cold water taps must be located within the reach of the hoses supplied with the new machine,
  • Hose connections must not be corroded,
  • The drain position must be within reach of the new drain hose supplied with the machine,
  • Existing hoses cannot be re-used due to the potential of bursting and/or leakage,
  • A 10amp power point must be within reach of the cord supplied with the machine.

If any of these conditions are not able to be met then connection cannot be performed by our staff and a tradesperson will need to be arranged on your behalf. This will incur additional cost.

Refrigerators & Freezers

Freestanding Refrigerators & Freezers

  • Installation must be made at time of delivery
  • Standard delivery fee includeds installation
  • Your current appliance must be emptied prior to delivery
  • Your new product will be unpacked, positioned in place, levelled and plugged in. Crispers, racks, ice trays and thermostats will be set up in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Ice Maker and water connections will only be made if an appropriate connection is within close proximity to the products and the supplied fittings reach. If this is not possible your contact us so we can assist you with a tradesperson to install this for you. Additional cost will be involved.

Integrated Refrigerators & Freezers

  • Installation must be made at time of delivery
  • Standard delivery fees apply in addition to installation fee
  • Your current appliance must be emptied prior to delivery.
  • Your new product will be unpacked, positioned in place, levelled and plugged in. Crispers, racks, ice trays and thermostats will be set up in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Ice Maker and water connections will only be made if an appropriate connection is within close proximity to the products and the supplied fittings reach. If this is not possible your sales consultant can assist you with a tradesperson to install this for you. Additional cost will be involved.

Dishwashers

Standard Installation Inclusions

  • Installation must be made at time of delivery
  • Standard delivery fees apply in addition to installation fee of $67 per standard freestanding dishwasher. Installation of a integrated/semi-integrated dishwasher door will incur an additional $30 fee ($97 in total).
  • Un-installation and removal of existing dishwasher
  • Pressure testing of existing water connection to check manufacturer standards are met
  • Cut-out holes for hoses and fittings in existing laminate or timber material only. Stone available by quote
  • Unpacking of new unit
  • Connection of new dishwasher to existing fittings if suitable and to standards
  • Removal and disposal of existing dishwasher and packaging
  • Installation of any other plumbing fittings requiring qualified plumber

Standard Conditions

  • Installation must be made at time of delivery
  • Dishwasher can only be connected to existing fittings that have been correctly installed to Australian standards
  • If installation is not able to be completed, a full refund of the installation fee is available and a qualified tradesperson may need to quote to complete the installation. Installation that requires a qualified trade will be at an additional cost
  • Water outlets must be located at a height that will allow anti flood connections (where fitted) to be connected
  • The purchase of the dishwasher is not conditional on the dishwasherbeing able to be installed
  • Installation can only be made if existing fittings are in good condition

Cooking Appliances

All cooking appliances will be delivered packaged and will not be unpacked or installed as part of the service. Contact us if you will need assistance finding an qualified installer. Installation will incur additional cost.

Clothes Dryers

There is no installation service included with the delivery of clothes dryer. If you require assistance with installation please contact us so we can assist. Installation will incur additional cost.

Bathroom Products

All bathroom products will be delivered and left where you have indicated to our delivery staff. It is important that you check the products delivered and advise the driver immediately if you believe there is damage or another problem with the stock. NOTE: You are not able to return bathroom products that have been unpacked or installed (Subject to our Warranty & Refund Policy).
