Description	Falcon’s Professional+ FX 100cm dual fuel range cooker features two cooking cavities – both electric multi-function ovens including one with a built-in grill. Plus 5 gas burners including a multi ring burner, wok cradle and non-stick griddle plate. With dual ovens and a spacious hob, a variety of dishes can be prepared all at the same time.

Features	Multi-function oven - The spacious multi-function oven combines fan and conventional functions with grilling, base heat and browning elements, all of which can be used individually. Functions include fan assisted, fanned grilling, conventional oven, fan oven, browning element, defrost and base heat. Griddle plate - Made from robust cast aluminium the griddle plate fits snugly on the top of the gas hob when required. The flat plate is ideal for cooking bacon and French toast, while the grooved plate provides fat drainage, offering a healthier way to sear steaks, burgers and fish. Cast iron wok cradle and pan supports - The wok cradle is the perfect accessory to secure a wok in place with a traditional curved base. The cast iron pan supports are strong, durable and easy to clean. Programmable oven - The programmable timer allows you to pre-program the oven, to commence cooking and stop at a specific time. During those busy occasions, your meal will be cooked to perfection at just the right time. Storage drawer - The full width storage drawer provides ample storage for trays and dishes, saving valuable space in kitchen cupboards and drawers. Flame failure safety device - A Flame Safety Devices is fitted to the gas burner system, and will automatically shut off the fuel supply should the flame accidentally extinguish, therefore making the gas hob safer.
