| Description | The Vario downdraft rangehood elegantly sits alongside any of the Gaggenau Vario 400 Series cooktops, including the framed or frameless flex induction options. Particularly useful next to pan-free cooking appliances such as Teppan Yaki and the electric grill, the downdraft also blends in seamlessly when interspersed between flex induction and gas cooktops. Its wide aperture, powerful motors and new inner housing ensures high airflow even at its lowest setting, and minimal noise even at its highest. By activating its automatic function, the private chef can concentrate on creating or entertaining. The hyper-sensitive air quality sensor detects vapours allowing the downdraft to immediately react and adjust the power level. The automatic function uses the lowest power level necessary making it extremely quiet in operation. |
