If your delivery needs more than two of our team members to be carried out safely (like when there's difficult access or we're handling large/heavy items on stairs) or specialist equipment we may not be able to book your delivery for the next day and additional fees may apply.
Our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our standard delivery and installation services we can’t vent dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.
Free removal + recycling of your old appliance and any packaging *
Our team can remove and send your old appliance for recycling for free as part of your delivery. We also recycle the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance you must disconnect all electrical, water and gas supplies safely and remove the eligible item from any cabinetry before we arrive for us to be able to take it away for recycling.

Transparent vegetable bins - Transparent vegetable bins provide plenty of space for the organised storage of fruit and vegetables. In addition, they are easy to clean.
FrostSafe - With the FrostSafe, the extra-high and removable drawers are closed all round. This means that the cold cannot dissipate so quickly when the appliance is opened. The transparent front of the compartments guarantees an optimum overview of the frozen items.
Child lock - The child lock is programmed so as to prevent the appliance from being inadvertently switched off. A symbol in the MagicEye indicates when the child lock is switched on.
VarioSpace - All freezers with NoFrost and SmartFrost feature drawers and intermediate glass shelves underneath them which can be conveniently removed. This results in VarioSpace – the practical system for extra storage space so that space can be created quickly even for larger frozen food items.
Temperature alarm - The freezer's temperature alarm notifies immediately visually and audibly in case of inadvertent temperature deviations, for example when a door is opened or after a power failure.
Door alarm - The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection of the food.
Keep food fresher for longer - Not all types of food need the same temperature and humidity, so Liebherr introduced an additional temperature zone ‘BioFresh’, where many types of food can be kept fresh significantly longer than in a traditional refrigerator compartment. Keeping the temperature at just above 0°C combined with high humidity (HyrdoSafe) results in fruit and vegetables staying fresher for longer, while a dry environment (DrySafe) is ideal for storing meat, fish and dairy products.
Stylish BlackSteel finish - BlackSteel is a unique black stainless steel finish offering hi-tech appeal while still retaining a timeless elegance which will still complement other stainless steel appliances. Finished with a modern industrial style aluminium door handle, with integrated door opening mechanism for convenient and minimal effort.
