If your delivery needs more than two of our team members to be carried out safely (like when there's difficult access or we're handling large/heavy items on stairs) or specialist equipment we may not be able to book your delivery for the next day and additional fees may apply.
Our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our standard delivery and installation services we can’t vent dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.
Free removal + recycling of your old appliance and any packaging *
Our team can remove and send your old appliance for recycling for free as part of your delivery. We also recycle the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance you must disconnect all electrical, water and gas supplies safely and remove the eligible item from any cabinetry before we arrive for us to be able to take it away for recycling.

It has two main modes, Supercool Freezing and Hot Freezing. Soft freezing - Soft Freezing allows food to be frozen for up to three weeks in a ‘soft’ state. This means meat can be easily cut without thawing.
Automatic ice maker - There is no need for a separate plumbing connection. The removable water tank can be filled with water and all the parts are completely washable.
Vegetable drawer - VitaLED lighting system slows down the wilting process, helping to keep fruit and vegetables crisper and fresher for longer. The vegetable drawer features a tray at the top which is ideal for storage and organisation of smaller items.
Two-way flexible shelf system (middle shelf) - This two part shelf slides back easily to halve its size, allowing taller items to be stored at the front of the refrigerator compartment.
The freezer drawer - Divided by a Sliding Tray at the top that can be pushed back to reveal the rest of the freezer drawer. The Freezer Drawer is roomy enough to fit bulky items such as ice cream tubs, loaves of bread and frozen vegetables. The top tray is ideal for storage and organisation of flat pack items such as meat packs.
