Exceptional versatility - The wide variable temperature control on the 21 litre Smeg warming drawer offer pre-set temperature settings from 30°C to 85°C and six functions from defrosting to proving dough to warming crockery.
Premium drawer with touch control - The push-to-open drawer with touch control operation offers an effortless, improved user experience with enhanced precision in temperature control. Offering perfect alignment and colour match options, the sleek exterior blends in perfect with other Smeg built-in appliances.
Sabbath function - The Sabbath function can be activated within the first 10 seconds after the warming drawer is turned on. Once activated, the temperature is automatically set to approximately 45°C for 80 consecutive hours, fully respecting the provisions of the Jewish day of rest.
Low temperature cooking - Used for slow cooking, this setting is ideal to retain flavours and nutrients of various types of meats, whilst remaining tender and juicy.
Delay timer - A delayed start function, from 1 hour to 24 hours in 1 hour increments, can be set for the warming drawer. Once the time has lapsed, the drawer automatically enables the function that has been set. A useful function that allows you to keep dishes warm until it is time to serve the main meal.
Silicon anti-slip mat - A removable silicon anti-slip mat prevents crockery from moving during operation and allows easy cleanup of spills.
