Preserve freshness and reduce waste - The vacuum sealing process helps to remove air from the bag or container, creating the ideal conditions for longer food shelf life and storage in the fridge, freezer or in the pantry. Vacuum sealing can help to store food up to four times longer than at room temperature or in the fridge.
Three vacuum levels - Delicate, Medium, and Maximum vacuum level settings ensure the correct seal is achieved for various cooked and raw foods. These precise levels guarantee to preserve the integrity of a wide range of food and, if required, prepare for sous vide cooking.
Special chef function - The Chef function creates an airtight seal within the drawer and alternates compression and decompression cycles to speed up the marinating and infusion time for meat, fish, and poultry.
