The multi-point probe measures the internal temperature of the food at three different points, from the heart of the ingredient to the surface, for super precise cooking results. Plus, thanks to the aid of the multi-point probe, the Delta T function uses professional algorithms to allow the oven to self-adjust based on the temperature detected in the various points of the food. Easily refill the water tank without opening the oven door and disrupting the cooking cycle thanks to the innovative Fill & Hide 2 system. Use the large capacity water tank to cook up to 13 hours with 20% steam activation and over 2 hours with 100% steam activation, recharging it when needed. This system also saves time as it calculates and loads the right amount of water needed for cooking.
