That gentle cooking will ensure that important nutrients and flavours are retained. 99% vacuum sealed for a healthy way - The vacuum-sealing drawer offers you a wide range of applications: you can vacuum-seal fresh fruit, vegetables or leftovers and freeze them easily – the nutrient, vitamins and flavour are retained much longer than with the conventional freezing. You can also use one of the accessories to vacuum-seal a canning pot or an open bottle of wine. Easy door opening and closing with a push - Opening and closing your drawer should be a pleasure. That’s why Bosch created the push-pull mechanism. The cleverly-designed spring makes using your drawer extra convenient. If both your hands are full – or just dirty – you can use your elbow or hip instead. Thanks to a crevice-free design, cleaning is easy too.
