Our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our standard delivery and installation services we can’t vent dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.
Free removal + recycling of your old appliance and any packaging *
Our team can remove and send your old appliance for recycling for free as part of your delivery. We also recycle the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance you must disconnect all electrical, water and gas supplies safely and remove the eligible item from any cabinetry before we arrive for us to be able to take it away for recycling.

Never miss an item again, with Reload - Forgot to add a sock? No problem! The Reload function lets you easily add or remove clothes during wash cycles*. Just press the Reload button and open the door, then add your forgotten items and continue the wash. *As a safety feature, Reload can't be used if the suds are hotter than 50°C or the water level is too high.
Set the program to finish exactly when you want it to - With the 24hr Start Delay you can enjoy even more flexibility. Simply set the delay required for the washing machine program to be completed when you want.
Drum Clean with reminder - To prevent odour build-up, a regular drum clean is recommended if you regularly wash at 40°C or lower. An LED reminder function will flash after more than 20 washes (of 40°C or lower) when a drum clean is required.
