If your delivery needs more than two of our team members to be carried out safely (like when there's difficult access or we're handling large/heavy items on stairs) or specialist equipment we may not be able to book your delivery for the next day and additional fees may apply.
Our professional team will unpack and connect your new appliance to your existing power & plumbing as needed. We’ll then level and check your new appliance is working perfectly while we clean up any packaging to take away and recycle.
As part of our standard delivery and installation services we can’t vent dryers, wall mount any appliances, alter cabinetry, alter any electrical wiring, or modify any plumbing. Dishwasher installation & laundry appliance stacking services are available for an additional charge.
Free removal + recycling of your old appliance and any packaging *
Our team can remove and send your old appliance for recycling for free as part of your delivery. We also recycle the foam, cardboard, pallets, timber and clear plastics from your new products packaging.
If we are not setting up or installing your new appliance you must disconnect all electrical, water and gas supplies safely and remove the eligible item from any cabinetry before we arrive for us to be able to take it away for recycling.

Garments are dried gently with one of three sensor controlled dryness targets.
Get the perfect dry every time - AutoDry will get your laundry to the exact level of dryness you want – whether that's dry enough to iron or extra-dry and ready to fold. The sensors constantly measure the temperature and moisture to protect your laundry from high temperatures that can cause shrinking and over-drying.
Fabric-friendly drying - The SensitiveDrying System cares for your laundry perfectly by introducing mild, warm air from all sides. This is enhanced by the soft, curved paddles in the drum, that also work to reduce creasing. Resulting in gently dried laundry that’s perfectly soft and fluffy, with minimal wrinkle.
Large water condensation container - If the dryer is installed without a drain hose connected, the condensation water from the drying cycle will be stored in the condensation container. This allows the Bosch Heat Pump dryer to be conveniently placed almost anywhere without the need for plumbed drainage.
Drying programs - Cottons: hard-wearing items made from cotton or linen with four dryness level options. Easy Care: items made from synthetic or blended fabrics with three dryness level options. Shirts/Blouses: designed to allow immediate ironing or hanging up of shirts/blouses after the program ends. Delicates: items made from satin, synthetic or blended fabrics. Towels: hard wearing towels and dressing gowns made of cotton. Mixed: items made from cotton or blended fabrics. Super 40': short program for synthetic fabrics and light cottons. Sportswear: sports and leisure items made from synthetic fibres, microfibre or fleece. Timed Program Cold: manually set a custom time for loosening up or airing clothing that has hardly been worn. Timed Program Warm: manually set a custom time for drying slightly damp or multi layered thick items.
Dryness Options - Cupboard Dry for regular items. Cupboard Dry Plus for thicker garments. Iron Dry for items that still need to be a little damp after drying for ironing or hanging up.
